Set among the peaceful natural surroundings of Prairiewoods, this experience blends wellness, reflection, community, and nature to create space for renewal. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a season of change, seeking clarity, or simply craving a day devoted to your own wellbeing, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

The Retreat Experience
While accommodations are available for those wishing to extend their stay, the primary retreat experience takes place on: Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Throughout the day, participants will experience a thoughtfully curated blend of:

Arrive Friday Evening
Settle into the peaceful surroundings, disconnect from daily distractions, and ease into the retreat experience.
Stay Saturday Night
Extend your time of rest and reflection before returning home refreshed and grounded.
Whether you join us for the day or make it a full weekend getaway, you'll have the flexibility to create the experience that feels right for you.
Overnight accommodations are optional and may be reserved separately based on availability.

As a Lifestyle and Longevity Health Coach, she helps individuals create lasting, meaningful change through a whole-person approach—focusing on habits, alignment, and long-term well-being.
