Online health coaching sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, designed specifically for women navigating the complexities of midlife. Whether you're experiencing perimenopause, anxiety, unexplained weight gain, or a life transition that has left you feeling disconnected from yourself.


In our sessions together, you'll receive personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs, symptoms, and goals. We'll explore your current lifestyle, habits, and the challenges that are keeping you stuck, and through supportive conversation and evidence-based strategies, we'll begin uncovering the wisdom that already lives within you.


Using my signature THRIVE Method as your foundation, we'll take purposeful first steps toward returning to your mind, body, and spirit - reclaiming your strengths, restoring your vitality, and moving from depletion to a life that truly feels like yours again.
