This isn’t about doing more or getting it “right.” It’s about creating space—space to notice, to feel, and to respond to yourself with more care and clarity.
Over the five days, you’ll begin to shift out of autopilot and into a more grounded, aligned way of moving through your life. The practices are approachable, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something different.
