A Day of Being Cared For
On October 3rd, we're gathering at Prairiewoods with 70 acres of prairie, woodland, and quiet, for a full day of restoration.
You'll be greeted with a farm-to-table breakfast. You'll move gently in a morning yoga practice.
You'll receive two individual services from practitioners who are genuinely, exceptionally good at what they do. You'll be fed again. You'll close the day inside a sound bath, held by the resonance of singing bowls.
And in between? Some space for nothing. Wonderful nothing. Walk the trails. Read. Nap. Sit with tea and watch the light change. There is no agenda for that time because the point is that it's yours.

Two individual services of your choice — reiki, massage, reflexology, human design, or 1:1 yoga therapy (30 minutes each)
