Join Kara and Sara for Return to Her — Together, they’ve created an intentional retreat experience designed to support deep restoration, nervous system healing, self-connection, and meaningful transformation.

Return to Her is designed to feel nourishing, grounding, and deeply intentional from the moment you arrive.


Throughout the day, guests will experience a blend of restorative yoga therapy, guided wellness practices, sound healing, nervous system support, meaningful reflection, and feminine-centered conversations designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.


You’ll also enjoy access to the BioCharger and salt lounge, light refreshments and lunch, sacred space for rest and connection, and opportunities to slow down without pressure or performance.


No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or wellness retreats is needed. Simply come as you are.

Kara Dobelis, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and master spiritual life coach, blends science and spirit to guide women through profound healing, self-discovery, and transformation.


Sara Klute Behn, a board-certified health & wellness coach, certified yoga therapist, and creator of the THRIVE Method™, helps women reconnect with their wisest, most vibrant selves through grounded wellness practices and intentional care.

Sara is a Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Board-Certified Master’s Level Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipACLM).

As a Lifestyle and Longevity Health Coach, she helps individuals create lasting, meaningful change through a whole-person approach—focusing on habits, alignment, and long-term well-being.

Through her coaching and courses, Sara guides you to reconnect with your body, align with your values, and build a way of living that supports you now and into the future.
