Sara is a Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Board-Certified Master’s Level Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipACLM).

As a Lifestyle and Longevity Health Coach, she helps individuals create lasting, meaningful change through a whole-person approach—focusing on habits, alignment, and long-term well-being.

Through her coaching and courses, Sara guides you to reconnect with your body, align with your values, and build a way of living that supports you now and into the future.
